An image can relay a thousand words.
That is what I believe is in the power of photography. Being able to freeze the moment of a person solely focused on their task at hand, capturing the passion and focus.
I met Keiji in Kobe, Japan and he was immediately intrigued with the large lens that I was hauling around. He asked if I could take some photos of the shop and him, and I could not deny the opportunity. I wanted to capture his passion for cooking, and the amount of work and dedication he had for his craft. I believe this theory should be applied to all situations.
In both portraiture and landscapes, the tone and mood of the image are paramount. While "capturing the moment" is a phrase often used, truly doing so requires the ability to adapt to the situation and apply the most effective techniques. It's about understanding the environment and the emotions within it, ensuring each image resonates with its intended feeling. Wanting to bring a piece of the moment or the place with you and being able to remember the exact feeling when you look at the photo is my goal.
Hello! My name is Keith. I grew up in the beautiful state of Arkansas and often traveled with my family while they were on business trips. I have spent the past 4 years at Princeton as an architecture student honing my craft in design, and I am going on my 5th. Photography is one of my deepest passions, and I love to share it with others, whether in photo sessions or landscapes.

I've had the pleasure of capturing graduation photoshoots and weddings, moments that are truly special and memorable. While my journey began with landscapes and architecture, my passion now lies in photographing life's most meaningful events. My goal is to capture your best moments as they happen, so you can relive them for years to come.
